Ok, ok, let me stop before you all think I was hired to write this review LOL! I'm just a happy camper in my apartment that has experienced some disgusting, hellish apartment complexes, just thought I would give credit where it's due. We Offer our residents an array of superb apartment and community features!
About The Seville Apartments
I have never written a review before but I guess I will start with how spacious they are. Our two bedroom apartment is 1095 sqft, yeah huge, I know; that's the size of some houses. My bathroom has the tub and toilet only in a separate area. With all of that, I can still fit more stuff in my room and have walking space.
Great location between DuPont Circle and Logan Circle, in the heart of the 14th St. Arts District. You're sure to enjoy your apartment with a great layout, hardwood floors, large windows, and plenty of closet space. Listings include detailed information about the units, amenities, and more. Pricing & Floor Plans
This area is served by the Los Angeles Unified attendance zone. Even if you come 35 mins before closing they will act like they don’t know anything about their complex and give you one word answers so you’ll get the vibe that they want you to leave. I got the vibe really quick, thanks for the customer service. I came in Saturday to help my boyfriend find an apartment. The woman was lovely, and gave him the allocation. He works out of town so I had to turn it in, and wow… if you value customer service do not come here.
Filling a large portion of the central San Fernando Valley, Van Nuys is a thriving urban community predominately occupied by renters. The area’s rental houses and apartments tend to be quite affordable by LA standards, with quiet neighborhoods and attractive properties available to fit any budget. Moved in to The Seville just recently, pretty pleased so far. It's nicely located near both the Wurzbach Parkway and 1604. Complex looks to be well maintained despite pushing 40 years old.

Haven't had one issue with them, they are timely, efficient and respectful to their residents. The pool is cleaned every Monday which I love because I live right next to it. So it gives it an added bonus and if I ever need a work order filled they are on it the next day , if not the same day.
Our community has many homes with newly upgraded interiors including black appliances and wood-style plank flooring. Additional interior features include washer and dryer connections in every home, fireplaces, private patios and balconies, and walk-in closets. The new Hardberger Park is within walking distance to the community and also offers a wide range of recreational activities for the whole family.
The adventurous crowd and those who travel for work will get a lot of use out of the San Antonio International Airport, just a 15-minute drive from the community. Beautiful homes line the quiet streets of this Texas community. Tucked away in the North Central region of San Antonio, Vista Del Norte is bordered by beautiful green space. The neighborhood sits between Phil Hardberger Park and Silverhorn Golf Club, lending a rural feel to this relatively developed locale. Living here gives students the ability to attend the highly sought-after North East Independent School District.
