It's the perfect place to live and walk, the perfect place to immerse yourself in the neighborhood. We're located minutes from Downtown Seattle, Alki Beach, I-5, I-90, Highway 99 and Sea-Tac Airport.

Have fun daily at 4730 California and discover why West Seattle is known as Best Seattle. Our unit has plenty of space and is light and airy. The location is great off, we walk almost everywhere which is saying a lot, we moved from California where we rely on our cars, but we got rid of them when we moved and we don't miss them. The staff is really great too, they make a big effort to bring everyone together, which we really appreciate since we didn't know anyone when we first moved.
